Savannah Recording Arts
is a professional recording/mixing/ mastering studio located in Savannah, Georgia, featuring the best of both vintage analog and cutting edge digital tools. Music is our passion, and we focus on making a big sound in an intimate setting.

Our production team has the capacity to produce tracks for CD/DVD projects, television or film A.D.R. (Automated Dialog Replacement) or music arranging/production/orchestration, video game dialog, audio effects or music production, custom tracks for live performance accompaniment and so much more.

We can also schedule professional consultation sessions via Zoom conferencing. We're well-familiarized with such negotiations as: compulsory mechanical licensing agreements; synch licensing for film, Television and video games; as well as other agreements which involve both geographical and time-based negotiations. Additionally, we’re experienced with copyrighting, trademarking, publishing, management and distribution deals, and we can provide affordable, professional consultation in each and every one of these areas.

At Savannah Recording Arts, we use only the best in both analog and digital recording equipment and software. From our microphones, including the infamous AKG C214, to our customized drum set, keyboard, guitar and bass gear, we produce music of the highest quality. Our software includes Avid Pro Tools, Apple Garage Band and Notion (for traditional music scoring), with hundreds of available plugin's.

Here at Savannah Recording Arts, we have a pair of analog mixing boards by Ammoon for warm, clean sound. Savannah Recording Arts also has a team of highly skilled producers in satellite studios, who have a combined century of experience and education in both the creation and the business of music. As Avid Pro Tools experts, we do most of our mixing "in the box" utilizing the "Nashville Oceanway Studios" plug-in for accurate headphone monitoring.

We have AKG, Sennheiser, Shure, Sterling, Electro-Voice Audix and more. At Airwave Studios, we understand that signal quality begins at the source, and we not only supply the right microphone(s) for every production related track, but we take great care in using stereo mic'ing techniques wherever applicable.

Our outboard gear consists of the Lexicon MX200 Dual reverb effects processor, Tech 21 Bass Fly Rig, BBE DI-100x sonic maximizer, Headway Music Audio EDB-2 H.E Equalizer/Direct Blender/Harmonic Enhancer.

Our monitoring system features a pair of active Yamaha HS7 nearfield monitors, a pair of passive B & W monitors, powered by a vintage Kenwood solid state receiver, a pair of full-range JBL multi-media monitors and a state-of-the-art “Oceanway Studios” control room emulator plug-in within Pro Tools for crystal clear, accurate headphone monitoring. No more wondering how your production will sound over different platforms. We can also mix specifically for streaming platforms, such as ITunes or Spotify. Savannah Recording Arts assures you an ideal sound over virtually any platform.

We have a custom Pearl live drum kit, along with a plethora of high quality analog and digital keyboard gear by Yamaha, Roland, Ensoniq and more - guitars and basses by Peavey, Fender, Yamaha, Tobias and Ned Steinberger. Our software instruments are too numerous to mention; however, suffice it to say, we can produce any sound you desire from any era you desire.
